R Force Solutions attaches great importance to the protection of your privacy. R Force Solutions, a recruitment firm, is the controller of your personal data. This document explains how we use and protect your data and why we process it. It applies uniformly to all services provided by the company; additional information may be given where necessary for a specific assignment.

I. What personal data do we process?

The collection of personal data is limited to what is strictly necessary (data minimisation principle). We collect and use only the personal data we need in the course of our business to provide you with personalised, high-quality services.

We may collect various categories of personal data from you, in particular: identification and contact information (company, surname, first name, postal and email address, phone number, gender, qualifications, job title and signature); information needed to manage your orders (delivery address, billing address, intra-community VAT number); identification and authentication data when using our services (technical logs, digital traces, security information, IP address); data relating to interactions with us on our websites, applications, social media pages, during interviews, phone or video conversations and in emails.

We never collect sensitive data.

The data we use may be collected directly from you or obtained from the following sources, in order to verify or enrich our databases: publications and databases made available by official authorities (Journal officiel); service providers; third parties such as business information agencies, in compliance with data protection regulations; websites, directories, databases and social media pages containing information you have made public or that has been made public by third parties.

In addition, each form states: the purposes for which the data is collected; whether the data is mandatory or optional to handle your request; who may access it; your data protection rights and how to exercise them with R Force Solutions.

II. Specific cases of collection, including indirect collection

R Force Solutions may collect information about you even if you are not a client. The following non-exhaustive list gives examples of non-client categories concerned: prospects, principals or beneficiaries in transactions carried out in relation with a client, employees of our service providers, distribution network and partners.

III. Why and on what legal bases do we use your data?

A. To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations: we use your personal data to fulfil various legal and regulatory obligations.

B. To perform a contract with you or provide pre-contractual information: we use your personal data to conclude and perform our services, including providing you with information about our services, assisting you with your requests and managing the client relationship (management and delivery of services).

IV. To which categories of entities may your data be disclosed?

Personal data collected in connection with the services offered by R Force Solutions is processed under secure protocols and enables R Force Solutions to manage the data received in its IT applications.

In order to achieve the purposes above, we may disclose your personal data only to: service providers and subcontractors performing services on our behalf; independent agents, intermediaries, distribution network, business partners, financial or judicial authorities, state agencies and public bodies, upon request and within the limits permitted by regulation; certain regulated professions such as lawyers, notaries, statutory auditors and bailiffs.

V. How long do we keep your data?

We retain your personal data for the longest of the periods required to comply with applicable legal and regulatory provisions, or for another period given operational constraints.

For clients, most information is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and for 10 years after it ends. For prospects, information is kept for 3 years from collection or from our last contact with you.

VI. What are your rights and how can you exercise them?

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the following rights: right of access to information about the processing of your personal data and a copy of that data; right of rectification if you consider your data inaccurate or incomplete; right to erasure within the limits permitted by regulation; right to restriction of processing; right to object on grounds relating to your particular situation, with an absolute right to object to direct marketing, including related profiling; right to data portability where applicable; right to define instructions on the retention, erasure and communication of your data after your death; right to withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on it.

You are also entitled to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, such as the CNIL (Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés) in France.
